"Bad bad area of town. Never felt safe inside or outside this hotel! The area near the main train station looks nice and has nice hotels. My phone was stolen. The sketchy people outside the hotel are stalking the tourist. This hotel entrance is in the middle of a McDonalds! All the shops near this hotel are gross filled full of junk from middle eastern people. Not a true Italian vacation experience at all! Just gross unsafe area! Beds are hard, pillows are flat, Lobby is in the kitchen, noisy...
