"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"The staff were pleasant enough but the hotel was understaffed. Our first room was on the highway with poorly insulated windows and very noisy. The view out the window was literally of the highway panels. After our first sleepless night, the staff did change our room which was quieter but still a bit sad. "It was very clean, neat slopes, and restaurants. The accommodations are small with low ceilings and poor lighting. There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. She even struggled or pretended to struggle with getting a taxi which shouldn’t be an uncommon request at a hotel. She...
