"This is an excellent hotel on the edge of Leipzig city centre and Old Town and within a 10 minute walk of the shops and main attractions. The staff at Reception were most welcoming and helpful. "Sept. 2025. Our 6 night stay at the Elaya Hotel in Leipzig's city centre was great. Many sights (museums, churches, the Leipzig Zoo) and wonderful eateries were within walking distance. The hotel was clean, safe, and well appointed. I would definitely return to this establishment for a future stay."
"A very smart hotel in a great location for Leipzig city centre and the station. Room well furnished, spacious, clean and quiet (it looked out on an inner courtyard rather than onto the road outside.)
Interesting "open plan" bathroom....
No tea or coffee facilities in room (which we knew in advance, no problem) but bottled water provided.
Only slight glitch was the shower door which did not close properly, meaning water on the floor.

"The apartment/room was very comfortable, spacious and relaxing.
During my stay, I noticed a few anomalies with the equipment, which I reported to front desk personnel. The matter was noted and dealt with.
These anomies did not affect t my stay.
Because my room had a kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities, I used them all. Consequently, I did not eat on the dining rooms.
The front desk staff were all very professional, patient and helpful."
