Staff was extremely attentive, especially Kadek. Kadek's wife gave me my best massage in Bali of my trip so far. Villa was spacious and nice touches like robes and toiletries made it feel luxurious. Not crowded so very relaxed. Made me feel pampered."

The room I was in on the first night was dirty, there were cobwebs on the curtains, the fans didn't work and the bathrooms were dark and dingy. The smaller villa I moved to on day two was much better and i would review this room much higher. The food (both quality and options) at the restaurant were average rather than great. The pool area was lovely and access to the
