"This hotel from a service aspect was one of the best we have ever stayed. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Complimentary food in the fridge and fresh bread on the door in the morning. Great patios and pools on both buildings. Views from both those and every room. It was fantastic. Would not stay anywhere else in Cape Town when we return"

The property itself is not for the faint hearted! We knew it was at the top of a hill but did not appreciate the severity of the drive leading to it - no Uber drivers would attempt it, meaning a challenging walk back up after dinner, definitely not a place for heels!
Once up the drive, there were also a lot of stairs in the property; up to the main floor, up again for breakfast....

was freezing! Maybe refreshing! Hot water is limited to 40 degrees, I like it slightly hotter. Our bedroom backed onto breakfast room so could hear people, not so good if you like a lie in!

"We had a great stay - one night pre early flight- sad not to be able to stay longer and enjoy the facilities. The restaurant was good, the breakfast was expansive and there were lots of toys for our toddler to play with in the reception. We also really liked the pond style

The property has 2 pools both were amazing a little cold to spend much time in when we went. It also has a small gym, but only suitable for cardio or light exercise.
