"Overall the hotel is very nice. The staff are great and it is clean and well located. We had a room at the front of the hotel which was noises from road traffic and passers by but a lot quieter that the rooms above the alley where the cavern is located. I would recommend not getting one of these rooms at the weekend.

"Beautiful hotel and very clean. All staff very welcoming. I had room 4 which i was happy with. I wouldnt necessarily have wanted that room during a heatwave because it was very stuffy with only a small window for air. But in the UK this is rarely a problem, lets face it.

The location was great, walking distance to city centre and felt safe walking back even late at night
