"The hotel is neat and tidy. Lots of shops, restaurants and spa around the hotel. I stayed in a senior room with King Bed which was nice ( Big window and small balcony). Also, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the Bellman HUY, he helped me a lot in transportation and restaurant issues. For sure I will stay in this hotel if I travel to Nha Trang again."

Most shops are vacant though I understand this is because it’s a relatively new harbour precinct. Cable car and speeedboat access was fantastic. Italian restaurant on the property was wonderful exceptional pizza and pasta. Other restaurant disappointing.

Some small comments if I may though, our first night there the big pool chloride smell was so strong that we couldn’t use it, we stayed for 4 nights for 6 people but we had to make multiple attempts to call the front desk and wait quite some time to receive enough bathrobes and shampoo enough for our family. On our 3rd night, 3 of our keys didn’t work and got to contact the front desk again.
