The hotel is looking a little dated but actually there was renovation work going on.
The price was good and included an excellent buffet breakfast.

"10min walking distance to a shopping mall with various kinds of food. next to a golf club with great view if you luckily stay at high level. staff there are also excellent, they provide perfect service.
but the room maintenance is poor. a strong and wired smell came from nowhere like someone hasn't washed his hair over one month. The building maintenance also terrible, you will find 20 bats stay together in the ceiling outside the window of room at level 8."

"For the price of the room i think it was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the staff and security was super friendly. The room itself had cold AC hot water and clean linens. You can pick it apart if you are that type but being from the US for what i paid i was extremely satisfied with the establishmnet. The area around the hotel might not be great for walking at night for some people, i would say it seems safe to me but im 6,1 man. I dont think a yone would bother you...
