A couple of rude staff members that didn’t seem keen to help us and made us feel stupid for asking a question. Not what I expected from a 4 star resort. Many other staff were however really helpful. Room was a great size with a good view. About a 40 minute walk into Faliraki however there is a convenient bus that stops outside...

The only downside to the suite was one of the curtains was missing which had the living room not very private at night however the overall experience was incredible. We tried all the restaurants from the fine dining to the Fresh Dinner restaurant all of which were excellent. The special area for Elite club residents for breakfast each morning was fabulous with breathtaking views from the top...
