"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. "We have stayed here twice now. It is a small traditional hotel. Set at the edge of town, it has an unobstructed and amazing view of the valley and mountains. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good. The room also came with a Allgäu-Walser-Card which was a great savings. Not sure if this was a special offer or a normal practice. "

"Very friendly staff that went above and beyond. Michael at reception was very kind in helping us find a lost item. Breakfast was excellent, and the in room coffee was real coffee and not instant. Great tea as well in the breakfast area. The pool was nice with various bubble features. Very comfortable beds, and nice views out on the room patio. The lounge chairs outside were nice to relax before setting off on the trails. "

"We arrived to be greeted very warmly by a friendly receptionist. But we were very disappointed when we saw our room, as we had paid extra for a mountain view room, there was construction in front of the hotel, which meant from our balcony we could not see the view (see photo 1). We complained at reception (I hate complaining and felt awkward having to do this) and were immediately offered a different room, without any question, which made me think that they must already know that the room did...

run business and they took care to make our stay enjoyable. The staff were lovely and the room and bathroom was spotlessly clean.
