What a nightmare of an experience! 

I travel a lot for business but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had from incidents to their hospitality and behaviour. 1. Check in: The room I was checked in to was smelling foul, the air conditioning was not working and then we realized the toilet was not working either. They sent in a plumber to check the problem and said they will have to move me to a new room.
 2. Moving to a new room: Absolutely lousy approach by staff. They told me at 9 am that I will need to move to a new room and that I could not use the washroom. I kept calling every 2 hours for updates and had to explain the background story every time I called because no one knew the full story. I had to use the common washroom by the swimming pool for those 5 hours. Eventually, I had to leave for a meeting so I just left.
 3. Receptionist upon my return: When I retuned from my business meetings, I spoke to the receptionist about the room change and she had no idea what was going on so said she will give me the keys to the new room. So I started telling her the background story. While I was talking to her, she was literally on her phone the whole time, not even looking at me in the eye. She was not working on her phone or doing anything relevant from what I could see. So I called her out on it and her response was - “So we are giving you a new room, right?”
 4. Credit card shipment lost by the hotel: The grand finale was when I called to check in with the concierge

This is a very old property.Not enough staff. Room has got lot of wear and tear . No proper amenities. Mattress is very hard. Not value for money . Don’t recommend to book this hotel
