The rooms were a littlw outdated as are most. Rooms were clean but the building is so old it didnt feel 5/5 clean. Possible mold in walls that gave off a moldy smell. Staff sprayed the rooms and then it was fine.. shower was okay. Could use some TLC. Water pressure below average.

Even though we went to the front desk every day, needing, and I mean needing to ask for something, they were either clueless or gave us a bold-faced lie about something. My girlfriend is never has anything bad to say about anyone or anything and she, to my surprise, used the word "awful." I agree. Facility is generally okay, good

The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop.
The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back.

The bad thing was that generally the room was quite worn and needed cleaning. There was also only 1 rubbish bin in the toilet which is not enough.
When we were sleeping we could hear gnawing at one of our sealed snack bags so this meant there were rats in the room. I managed to take a video and showed it to the receptionist and she was pretty nonchalant about it and apologized but didn’t seem...
