Great place to stay as a base for tours within the region. Small and walkable with great restaurant options. We took tours to Ephesus and environs one and Hieropolis/Pammukkale another day. Highly recommend Kusadasi.

We were lucky to be in Kusadasi on a day without cruise ships, and it was a nice town with excellent food and good shopping, very reasonably priced. We enjoyed walking around the castle at night.

This part of Kusadasi is very quiet, this time of year, but lovely location and taxi rank about 50 yards from the hotel, and a 5 minute drive takes you into the centre for shopping etc.

The setting is beautiful; because it is outside the main part of the City, one must take a cab to reach the old downtown. Other than that, it is lovely.

Kusadasi was such an amazing lovely surprise for us as it was not planned initially in our road trip.
"The owner is very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast too and the location is good, I used his service to organise a tour to Ephesus which was amazing. The corridors are a little old but the rooms are very nice and clean"
"The hotel is basic, comfortable and clean. The rooms are small however it was good value for money. I stayed with a friend and we loved the little balcony; used it that night to enjoy the warm evening. There was good air conditioning. The bathroom is a bit of a disaster as you get everything wet when showering. Because it was hot, the floor dried quickly but that is one thing that was difficult for us. "
"First, the great, the service was amazing. I can't find the card of the two gentlemen that went above and beyond, but anything we wanted they took care of. Second, the location was great. Right on top of the beach, great view, waking distance from excellent restaurants and a grocery store in the main floor. The breakfast was incredible and with the price.
We were seriously jetlagged coming from the U.S. Unfortunately, our rooms kept having electrical issues, so they upgraded us, then switched us a few times. It took a day to fix it, but finally, we could run the AC without the power shutting off.
The rooms are HUGE. Some are quieter than others, but I didn't have issues sleeping due to noise. In one room, with two beds, we were either freezing in one bed or hot in the other depending on if the mini split blew in you or not. The beds were hard and they didn't really have blankets. They were more like a tiny heavy sheet.
The view from the room was wonderful.
The beach had free umbrellas. The hotel does not provide beach chairs or towels. We chose to pay for the private beach club downstairs (with the loud music.) BEWARE The Beach Club attendant will try to rip you off."
"Really enjoyed staying at this property. From great welcome service to fantastic facilities. Beautiful pool area. Seda was a wonderful guest relationship manager and helped us with multiple requests! Nothing seemed like a problem. "
