"Absolutely loved the pool, the lobby, the balcony from our room! I found the room big with a hot shower, safe and 2 large beds, large TV. My husband would say the room needed a slight redo in paint, and a bit of cleaning (front door had hand prints, AC vent had chipped paint) etc and I can say I don't disagree. All in all the room was very comfortable.
Staff were very friendly even to us NY'ers struggling to speak Portuguse. The pool staff, buffet staff, lobby staff were all so friendly.

"Absolutely loved the pool, the lobby, the balcony from our room! I found the room big with a hot shower, safe and 2 large beds, large TV. Even the loungers by the pool!), noisy, and just not nice. Very minimal english was spoken (not their fault; I'm the one visiting, so that's my problem to deal with) which made asking for things very challenging.
