"September 2024. What a wonderful gem of a place! I was impressed with the beautiful rooms, and the incredible self-catering utilities available to us. The host who greeted me on my arrival was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The property is very safe and secure with locked gate, and undercover parking, so my vehicle was out of the hot sun! Stunning views of the sunset over Lake Kariba, and a beautiful, clean swimming

"Absolutely rubbish! Disgusting. Place is dirty and filthy. The swimming

had no water. I literally left the place after 48 hours even after paying for 7 days. Receptionist are rude. They charged me even after I had paid already. They claimed they had no association to hotels.com. I had to make numerous international phone calls to hotels.com to review my bookings. The place is absolutely dirty and should not even be registered on hotels.com"

"The property had a beautiful view from the top apartment. The female host was very welcoming. However, from being shown around the accomodation it was clearly not as described or in a fit condition to host guests. There was a large hole in the ceiling presumably from a roof leak, it was furnished very sparsely and dated. The host explained that the kitchen cupboards were pulled out as they were being treated for termites! All around the kitchen was powder treating the termite problem. The...
