"On the plus side: The location is beautiful with open views across the countryside. The reception staff are willing, efficient, friendly and do their best in the face of quite a few challenges. The hotel is characterful. On the downside: It is not as advertised - if it was a product that we had bought we would have sent it back. We booked and paid for a hotel with a leisure centre and gym. "C'è stato un piccolo inconveniente: al nostro arrivo la camera dell'appartamento che ci era stata assegnata non era stata pulita e disinfettata. Siamo arrivati intorno all'1 di notte in appartamento per via di un ritardo aereo, e al nostro arrivo la camera presentava ancora sporcizia e disordine dei precedenti ospiti. Ad ogni modo ci è stata data subito una camera di cortesia al primo piano, un pò umida ma pulita. "

"The room was ok, clean & nice view. I arrived the first day the hotel opened so they still have a bit to do but the staff are welcoming & helpful with anything i asked for. The rooms are quite basic no tea/coffee or water provided. There is still work going on in the hotel in preparation for the season ahead it was a bit noisy in the corridor with men working. The hotel is far from polished but they are working in the right direction, I think they will need more staff once the season gets...
