"We loved our stay at the hotel the only thing that put a dampener on things was the lady with the glasses working on reception. We have never encountered anyone so rude, dismissive and unhelpful in any hotels we have stayed in around the world. Every other member of staff was outstanding and friendly. This is the reason we would not return.
The location of the hotel is stunning. The food was great. The spa, gym and swimming facilities are also fantastic.

Staff were lovely, the only downside was the bus loads of teenage schoolchildren arriving daily for a one night stay which made the hotel and dining room quite busy. The food was ok but mostly cold, even the fried eggs at breakfast, but there was a good selection for lunch and dinner."
