"Overall an enjoyable stay. A nice location, walking distance to the old town, very nice pool and beach. There’s a lot of disposable plastic usage (though I didn’t see any waste on the beach at least). On the other hand bedsheets weren’t changed throughout the duration of our stay (5 nights), which is a long time for a beach hotel. "The hotel was nice, right in the very centre of the resort. Staff were friendly, hotel clean and nice pool area. All inclusive was not so good, there were regularly empty trays of food, that just were not been restocked, always the good stuff, a poor selection compared to a usual 4 star hotel. There is no bar area, entertanment is on poolside which is nice, but all lights get switched off at 10:30, at which point you have to go out or go to your room"

"The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pleasant, right at the entrance to Pomeria. 3 minutes walk to the sea which is a big bonus. The hotel itself is spacious, and it takes several days to walk around and find the facilities that are scattered throughout the areas surrounding the hotel (going up and down floors from several places which is confusing and tiring). "Lovely hotel right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach and you don’t have to pay for the ones on the beach. Close to the nightlife but not right in the mix of it. We had a room upgrade at no cost and was beautiful with an en suite. Staff were real friendly. The man at the pool snack bar never seems to be not working and his service was excellent. "The hotel is overall good. But the WiFi and Tv entertainment is appalling. WiFi keeps disconnecting after every 20-30 mins. TV has only 30 local channels and no satellite connection. The reception was empty when we arrived there. Waited for 15 mins before we decided to go into the restaurant and ask an employee to help us finding someone. Breakfast is only decent.
