"Nothing would be better Everything was perfect, the sea was amazing especially for snorkeling lovers, pool and aqua park were clean, rooms were wide, housekeeping and room service were excellent, the animation team was lovely and everyday a new show, the reception men were polite and respectful Many thanks for mr. "First off the staff is wonderful, especially kitchen staff and cleaning service. The downfall of this place is the deceit by the management. When you pay for an all inclusive stay you expect there to be few restrictions. The pool and beach facilities arent open past sunset, they advertise five pools but really only two are sizable enough for adults. "It’s a 3* - and very good for that level. The staff were very friendly overall - the service isn’t great - had to go on the hunt for cutlery most meal times. The food was tasty - some days more than others - always found something to eat but we aren’t that fussy - and went out for dinner quite a lot for a change of scene. "There is no self laundry on site, there is a 130 stair walk to the beach, they dont change the sheets, mosquitoes get into your room everyday they go in to clean. The curtains are stained, the floors had hair all over in the corners. The pool was clean and nice. The staff is all male and as hard as they try they need a womens touch overall. And the beach is not a beach, sand never touches water, just rocks."
