"Once upon a time, Atlante Plaza was an excellent hotel. No VIP treatment as I used to have—new management. The manager meets with employees at breakfast and discusses internal issues at the hotel for anyone who wants to listen or lacks professionalism. Lots of flies are on top of the food for breakfast. The receptionist said they use energy conservation to save money—broken air conditioning. When we arrived, the room was not cleaned. We saw spiders. Most employees are grumpy and disrespectful....

" The beach is almost private of the hotel, and the naturally occurring pool is right in front of it. It's a hotel where you can enjoy nature so comfortably. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated, clean and convenient. "

"Very good hotel, with great swimming pools and common areas. The beach lounge is very pleasant. The staff is very attentive.
As suggestions I'd say that the quality of the beds in the standard room could be better (very small) and some adjustments to the buffet could bring more quality to the service, such as increasing the variety of salad options and the meat served at the grill station (I never managed to receive medium-rare meat, despite making it clear how I preferred)"

"Recanto do lobo is a beautiful property. The pool area along with the “backyard” is very serene and like paradise. You’ll love this place. It’s close to rua esperança which is a nice shopping place with food. 5/5 I recommend recanto do lobo! "

"Landscape is wonderful, all gardens, pools, rooms, extremely cleans. Beach towels everywhere , handy. Staff is something that we need to mention. People are more than nice . The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. The bar close to restaurant had amazing drinks, a professional lady who prepared the drinks . I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff. One last thing, the
