The gorgeous tropical gardens are amazing to walk through. The location is good, very easy to walk to all the dining options. 3 pools, so you could find sun or shade any time during the day. Our room was great too, loads of space and very well kept. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tulamben. "

Batur sunrise trek tour, pick up at 3:15am and 20min drive to start of hike (compared with pickup 1am from Ubud).
