Hotel amenities were great with good food at both buffet restaurants. Only downside was that they could not guarantee us late checkout, however, the use of the showers and changing rooms...

"The resort is so beautiful and located on one of the best beach fronts of Zanzibar however, the service was terrible one of the worst check in/out experiences they are very slow and made so many mistakes in our bill we had to spend 45min during check out. The rooms cleaning are not really good and I had to go back to them several times to re do the work. The food is below average .. its really a shame that services were not up to the standards of this beautiful property "
