The interiors are beautiful, our family suite was gorgeous with the most stunning lake views. Location is excellent you can practically ski/board to the door of the hotel.
We can’t put into words the standard of the food it was a taste explosion ever single evening and the most beautifully presented food we’ve ever eaten with great children’s options too. Breakfast...

"Location was good. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The hotel can work on making the entrance to the hotel more visible. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel."

"Aside from the hotel being beautiful and having an old, classic charm to it, our stay was made much more pleasant by Giulia at the front desk. She took such good care of us and really made the experience much better. She helped us find restaurants to visit and gave us many suggestions for things to do. "
