The staff were very friendly and professional. The surrounding areas were okay, it’s on the older side of town. But this hotel is situated in the middle of Cotai strip and Macau so you can get to both areas quickly via bus or taxi."

We were disappointed that some staff were not very friendly but it can be difficult with the language. There were some very friendly staff also.
