"Bautiful architecture, large rooms and teraces with great vews. Furniture getting tired, rooms and corridors not cleaned regularly, the same dirt was there on the floors for the whole week of our stay. Breakfast not up to standard, but evening meals in La Muna and Sapori were fine. Outdoor pool was great. Staff very helpful, Lena from kids club took fantastic care of our doggy taking him for long walks everyday. "

Not so happy with construction in front of hotel. Nor the fact that my room was right above the staff's smoking spot, which is to the left of the front entrance.
Tried to rent an ebike from the hotel (c)very convenient!), but the bike had a broken spoke and there was zero setup for the shocks. Ended up cancelling the reservation and renting from bike shop...

"Rooms very tired and look like they haven’t had any attention since 1970. The view however is spectacular. Overall, this hotel could be incredible but needs a multi million investment programme to bring the rooms into the current century "

"Such a well run hotel. It was a pleasure to stay here. So much thoughtfulness and care without being fussy or stuffy. The setting is gorgeous and the comfort is top notch.
