The service was excellent (breakfast was huge!) and the hotel is perfectly equipped. Be aware that the walk into town is quite far but the number 18 bus stops only a few minutes away from the hotel and takes less than 20 minutes to the town centre. We can't wait to come back!"

"Our family of four had an amazing stay in the Dondolo suite for our three day visit to Chania. The service was impeccable, food outstanding, and the staff was so accommodating (ie, we forgot a converter plug and they had one for us to use). We also enjoyed a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and charcuterie board on our amazing balcony overlooking Old Town. The location cannot be beat. We also enjoyed spending our down time at Zepos on their comfy couches ordering almost everything on its menu....

"Beautiful place and overlooking olde town harbor and restaurants. The room was the size of three rooms and had a large jacuzzi. The balcony was great to sit and people watch and watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Chania!"
