"My husband and I had never been to Turkey. We booked this trip based on the hotel and it didnt dissappint. It is adult only and caters to all types of holiday makers. We had a beach bungalow which was very close to the relax pool, which is where we spent most of our time. There was a larger pool which offered a more lively experience, but thats not what we were after. The buffet food offered a huge selection however at lunch we ate at the snack bars, where I have to say, the food was AMAZING!...

"This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily. The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony. "Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "The original room turned out not to have a view so we asked for a change which meant adding a small bed, as all 3 of the seaview rooms just had double beds. NP And then, when the heating unit control stopped working, we moved to another room. This room was originally set up for twin beds BUT only had a double. Too bad for us.
