"Lovely place, friendly team, the owners are on site with the team morning and night checking everything is ok and hands on helping, nothing was too much trouble to them when you ask. Room was spacious & clean, lovely views in quiet area so no sleep disturbances. Only fault was the hob in room didn’t work as it is no longer self catering hotel but fridge & kettle did & were clean. We did have a breakfast and it was a large variety of food & drink, and all food and table areas were very clean....

"I don't write reviews but I need to warn people of this one! Do not trust the good reviews! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I am a seasoned traveller. Not 4 star as advertised 2/3 at best. This is not a resort! It's a hotel next to a waterpark, charged for entry if you are not all inclusive. Hotel pool was small, merky and cloudy. "All the staff so lovely, welcoming and attentive. At breakfast the lovely lady that usually looked after the restaurant always remembered our room number and our plates where cleared so fast. "One of the best hotels I've ever staid. The service, food, cleaning, evening shows, every single detail are of a high quality. Hotel is not new built but is very good maintained. The only down side is that land view rooms are looking into hotel's technical back yard and on the highway so you'd not like to spend time on the balcony. Hotels is not a beachfront, but one of the most beautiful beaches in Ayia Napa is just 5 minutes walk away. Great hotel."
