It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. We waited about 15 minutes after it was scheduled to leave and no one ever came. It was at checkout time so the lobby was very busy and we didn’t have time...

At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel."

"Fantastic location for a ski holiday! Right in the middle of town, shopping and great restaurants (incl in the hotel!)! Across the street from the funicular, so super easy access to the Corviglia mountain. Staff was super friendly, included breakfast was great! Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and a hot sauna after skiing every day was fantastic! Only complaint is that you can't adjust the thermostat in your room, it seems like its managed centrally, so had to sleep with the windows open...
