"There was an issue with the water at the hotel due to council works outside, meaning our check-in time was a little later and out of their control. Despite this, staff were attentive, helpful & called to inform us as soon as our room was available. Perfect spot for families with the big Queenstown playground just outside & the cherry blossom lined streets and sitting area outside were such a treat! Tidy & comfortable room for our family of 4. "

"Our family of four adults stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. What a great stay we had. The young lady that served our drinks and dinner was really friendly and we had breakfast there and who was there was the same young lady what a trooper she is, well done gerl. We will be back.
