"What a gem of a hotel. I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing hotels and this hotel was literally 10 out of 10. Excellent location, clean rooms, great customer service from cleaning ladies to the reception desk. Special thanks to Ruzanna who always greeted you with a smile at breakfast and such a pleasant person to interact with. "Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and are truly better than any hotel room, very nicely equipped and decorated too. The view from windows and balcony is stunning. You can see half of Yerevan. 1 minute walk to Dalma mall, and 15 min walk to republic square and downtown. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to it anytime I visit Yerevan. "As an english speaker, the front desk was very helpful in getting transportation. The hotel is not in the most convenient location for tourist activities but the main train station is maybe an easy 1k walk. A busy mall is nearby and an excellent food court. Its is a clean and quiet place."
