"Our stay at Secrets Papagayo was superb. The staff and especially the manager were fantastic. We had a minor issue with our room lock after check in but ther hotel staff were there within literally 3-4 minutes and got us in. Although it turned out that they had to replace the whole lock, the locksmith was there within 5 minutes and everything was handled professionally. "The property sits on the hillside along the water in the natural landscape of Costa Rica. The property is clean and beautiful, and makes the most of the gorgeous surroundings with multiple places to sit and take in the scenery. "Property was a 9/10 landscaping was beautiful. Our room was ok. Buffet did not have that many options we ate the same breakfast same lunch everyday for 7 days. The snacks bar same thing nothing new.
