"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....

"My partner and I loved this hotel. From check in to check out, the staff were extremely friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had very good pressure. The room had good lighting. The room was a little warm, but it was ok with the door open (except for the huge mosquitos). Very good sized room/bed/bathroom. We were on the ground floor (room 5). The patio area was nice, we sat there and looked at the stars. Free mini bar on first day was unexpected (water/coke), and free...

"We had a very nice stay at Hotel Bechlwirt. The hotel staff/owners were extremely helpful and attentive answering questions we had about the area. It is very conveniently placed - easy to walk to the bus stops for skiing and some great apres ski and restaurant options all in walkable distance. Far better to stay in Kirchberg than Kitzbuhel in our opinion! A fast train can take you to Kitzbuhel when you want to go. "
