"The staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. Only issues were my room key never worked, (mechanical problem with the door; it happens), hair dryer didn’t work, and room was so tiny I couldn’t fit a suitcase in if I tried. All in all however, it was still a comfortable, quiet and well appointed room."

Surprisingly not much road noise. Walls are thin so earplugs still helpful. Had a twin room which was comfortable and not cramped. Bathroom was tiny but that’s very common in Europe. I was able to walk to the river and many of the main sights. I would definitely stay here again."

We didnt realize that the A/C wasn't in our control which was a little inconvenient to have to go ask for an adjustment. Not the end of the world but a learning experience.
