"Our stay was adequate. Reasonably comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very “tired” and in need of an uplift. The rooms are reasonable with comfortable bed and good air conditioning. But for the price, the standard is poor. I expected much more than a comfortable bed. "On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."

. It has, apart from Standard restaurant which serves breakfast and/or lunch and dinner for all inclusive customers, nice "a la carte" restaurant. Beach in front of the hotel is sandy with free sun loungers, however they charge returnable deposits of 25 Euros for beach towels. Staff speaks French language only, apart from front desk where most of them can speak English."

"The hotel has an excellent design but it needs better upkeep. In our room: No light bulbs in a floor lamp; Balcony sliding door could not lock; Safe not working due to dead and corroded batteries; Keycard not working, had to use physical key; Only one bedside lamp worked.
