"Communication was excellent, our transfers were arranged from Zadar Port and then back again to the airport. On arrival we received a lovely welcome greeting from Katarina and Thomas was very chatty and friendly also. The staff are a credit to the Hotel. Our apartment was beautiful, large, clean and comfortable. We used the pool, loungers and garden area. Cannot fault Arancini, would recommend and stay again. "

"Do not spend the money for this horribly outdated hotel! You are much better off staying at an "apartment" that one of the locals can provide. Very old building (elevator looks like it's 40 year's old); that needs a very thorough renovation. "Mobile Home, es sollte ein neues Mobilhome sein, aber als wir ankamen gab es einige Mängel. Die Ausstattung an Besteck und Gläser war schlecht. Die Treppe der Terrasse war defekt(Leiste). Ein Tag vor Abreise und nochmalige Beschwerde wurde es repariert. Der Mülleimer war defekt und was gar nicht ging, das der Stöpsel von der Spüle fehlte, somit war abspülen jeden Tag eine Herausforderung. Sobald wir die Klimaanlage angeschaltet haben war diese am starken brummen, so daß man sie auch nicht nutzen...

" The property is well located and very nice. However, the main downside was the water being cut off while I was in the middle of a shower. My partner had to go to reception to inquire, and I waited for over 1 hour without any update or assistance, even just bringing bottles of water to the room to brush my teeth ,which was quite frustrating. To add to the inconvenience, we were still asked to pay for breakfast, despite the issue we experienced, as we were told it wasn’t their fault....
