Staff and location were VERY kid friendly. We loved the proximity to the playgrounds and kids attractions. "

"In general we had a pleasant stay there. Definetely not 5*! Value for money not enough, food was ok but also not as amazing as mentioned in other reviews. There are a couple staff members who are doing their jobs well. But vast majority of them are unfriendly, kind of cheeky and havent learnt what service means. Good things: Rooms are clean and comfy beds.

"Spend here 4 days and enjoyed our stay, great location and very convenient. It is a very family oriented property, small kids everywhere. I would recommend it for parents with small kids, dining options are great and pool options a plenty.

"We were met on arrival at reception which was quick, easy and very friendly and were shown and told everything we needed to know. As mentioned in other reviews, the decor of the rooms is slightly older style but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower and bathroom were fine. Most of my review are things that I noticed in relation to traveling with young children and may not apply to everyone. The pool was small, but clean. They had chairs and it was set up in a relaxing way. I should note, for people with small children who can’t yet swim, there really isn’t a shallow end.
