"We were spellbound with the beauty of the place and the architect of Taj in the mountains. The stay was comfortable and the food and staffs were amazing, especially Anshuman,Raja,Rahman,M.Avtar, Souvik, Prerna goes out of their way to provide the best service and takes care of the need and demands of the customers. "The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm."

"The service at this hotel is a disaster. When booking a tour to go to Tiger Hill to watch the sunrise, we were told to wait in the street, down the hotel 3 minutes walking, from 0300 to 0400 to wait for the driver in very cold temperatures. We were later given different information. After booking the car to take us to the railway station, there was no note in the system about the booking or the payment.
