Our room was beautiful, large with plenty of wardrobes, beautifully appointed bathroom - my only complaint (and it’s a small one!) is the hairdryer in the bathroom is next to useless - would help if they put in a normal hairdryer!

Long distance, narrow and no footpath makes walking impossible.
The local bus service should be avoided. Infrequent and I have been on more comfortable roller coasters.
That means you spend more time eating in the hotel’s excellent restaurant (and pool) so budget to do that.

and at the beach sunbeds are reserved and waiting for you. Nice lunch spot with a vitello tonnato to die for! Dinner is fine dining and was really worth visiting.

"An oasis!!! Super attentive staff( owners) We we’re off-season so picked the only room they had the day before. No view but no need. We’ve been staying in hotels with gorgeous views on the beach and we needed quiet. It was super quiet, super clean and fresh! Beautifully tasteful decor!
