"My mom and I stayed here for 3 days and it was absolutely wonderful! We got the deluxe room with a balcony and it ended up being two small balconies which we loved. The room looked out onto the water and it was breath taking! The room was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful and we just felt like we were staying in luxury. It’s a European hotel so some stuff is old but it is extremely clean and charming. consists of a jacuzzi that could not gobin because Inwas told I had to reserve three hours in advance... The worse is that you can not park anywhere around the hotel without paying parking. The room is nice but not fuctional and racks for luggage...

"Easy checkin at desk. Staff was very welcoming, efficient. Easy to park garage. Very nice indoor pool in basement with hot tubs . We enjoyed swimming. Also had good breakfast buffet. "

The pool was crowded with elderly residents and not a comfortable experience for families. No other areas of the grounds- mini golf, tennis courts- were open to visitors. "

It was very difficult to find the check-in location. And there was no parking or stopping point allowed for convenient access to check in.
The room was very nice, but guests need to be aware of the limitations for parking and the fact that there are no elevators leading to the rooms. No assistance was offered to help carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs.

Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent.
Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space.
Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran.
The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night.

The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping.
No loungers at the beach (as advertised in the listing) unless you want to play a daily fee. Should be included for hotel guests.
Ridiculous sign in (security) for indoor pools (each person must have their own room card and also sign out with it.
