"We 2 people have a triple room which is very big, with a good AC and nice and clean bathroom(with bathtub). My personal favorite is the big window face the castle. Have cool air inside with all natural surrounding a step out of the window! Breakfast is good too. I enjoy stay at Beatrix Este and the room, hotel facility and service are highly recommended. "

"We stayed at this property utilizing these spa treatments. Spa treatments were nice and property was clean. Included breakfast was definitely enough to fill you every morning. Was conveniently located beside train station so you could get to where you need to you need to go easily each day. Hotel was also able to arrange a shuttle from airport through a taxi service."

"The pool is wonderful. The room was clean but overall better suited for a 3 star property. The air conditioning was not working as we learned that the hotel had not activated the central air system for the season. It was a very warm day and this is just unacceptable for a 5 star property. Overall, not worth the price."

"Purtroppo sono stato deluso completamente Le camere non rispecchiavano le foto del sito,ho prenotato una suite e nonostante questo ho dovuto pagare l ingresso alle piscine Le uscite erano strapiene di gente arrivata dall’ esterno e l ambiente si è trasformato in una sorta di piscina comunale …nella normalità le terme dovrebbero essere luogo di tranquillità e calma invece erano un disastro..lettini ammassati uno attaccato all’ altro non c era servizio di bevande al self service come tisane o...
