"Nice accommodation, with big spacious room, big bathroom, and personal access to the balcony and rooftop. Very clean and the room has AC. There was also a jacuzi, but we didn’t use it. Street parking was a bit tight, and it’s a bit inconvenient to have to call «at least 48 hrs» before arriving (I didn’t see this on fine print at once) and «at least 24 hours» before leaving, although we were let in when we called 15 mins before arriving. "As we drove in I became nervous due to the area (first time in Faro and it was dark) but was quickly relieved and felt safe and at home when greeted by the manager who helped us carry all our luggage in and get us settled. It had a fantastic homely feel to it, our rooms were cleaned daily and the location is brilliant I came to learn! The owners are also very kind people which reflects on their business. We also stayed with our dog

"Really beautiful renovation of the hotel. Brilliant reception and spa staff. The waiting staff at both the pool and restaurant was a big let down unfortunately. Understandably, the hotel is in its “soft launch” phase but breakfast time was woeful. Took too long to get orders taken for drinks, then even longer to receive a coffee - often received after we’d finished eating. "Unfortunately AFTER I returned home I researched reviews of properties offered by Homing and they were all terrible. I booked this property for 1 week and didn't say one night. The area the property is in felt unsafe. It's located in what was probably a nice community when it was first built but many of the apartments were abandoned and the area around the community has not been maintained.
