"This hotel is very nice and the staff is exceptionally professional at every level! The elevator was being serviced when we left, and some of them ran all the way tobone of the top floors to get our luggage down! Good place to stay!"

Maybe it was just my room because the air vent in the bathroom didn’t work. With windows open it was cool but you hear the street noise. The AC didn’t exist—it was only a fan. Be warned that the breakfast is very much a Moroccan breakfast—the patisseries are good, but otherwise there’s not much for American/European...

"stayed there 2 for days early Oct. and 1 day Late October.. In 2013 Morocco has too many hotel rooms for the number of tourist. This Large 4 star Hotel was only half full. I liked it, we had a good time, but all the tourist hotels appear to be hurting. Nice swimming
