The beds need to be replaced.
Home 2, and Tru were adjoining buildings with the Home 2 entrance blocked off, requiring all check ins to be done in the Tru side. That was a little unnerving. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, but the mattress was in bad condition. It was like sleeping on a hard hammock. The ice machine was directly across from our room, out in the open, not contained in a room like at other hotels. The noise from the ice machine through the night was pretty bad and so we requested a room change the next day. Staff were apologetic and accommodating. The second room mattress was just as bad unfortunately. You can hear the airplanes flying overhead but if you put the room fan on it helps.
The place was bright and upbeat but comfort was lacking.
