Horrible room design & $48 parking
The location was great (rooms were not), and the morning coffee/fruit bar was nice. You get 2 drinks tickets per day…but this is only useful if you drink alcohol. The front desk staff was very helpful!
Beware of the valet parking fee! $48/day, and street parking is only 8am-8pm so that’s not a solution (it’s also the same price for street) - $96 for parking for 2 days is ridiculous
The room was terrible…the sink is in the room itself so this is a horrible design for sharing a room with your children. If they’re sleeping and you need to use the washroom inevitably they’ll wake up.

Room I reserved was “not available” when I checked in. The room was freezing and took forever to get warm. The floor was peeling and sharp. My toddler tripped and fell, the hotel staff did nothing to fix the floor or offer a different room. Considering I paid for a more expensive room and was shoved in this tiny dangerous one, I was not happy. I asked to use a crib which when FINALLY given one, they didn’t provide sheets. I had to pay valet parking since they don’t have a parking lot close enough to carry all my luggage. The parking lot down the street makes you move or pay more starting at 10am. It did smell nice and was cute decor, however, I would not recommend since there are so many other choices in the block.

Front part of suite not so clean
We stayed in a suite. At first it looked good but when started to examine the room in which I always do I notice that the sofa bed was less than desirable. Therefore we didn’t put anything on it or sat on it. The refrigerator didn’t cool the food or drinks and was dirty with crumbs. I called down stairs and told the front desk and they ask if we wanted to have someone come take a look versus asking us if we wanted to switch rooms. However since we were only there for one night we just stuck it out. Personally I won’t stay here again.

Ear plugs needed to sleep
Hotel was very cool, room was great except we had a second floor room where we could hear car and pedestrian traffic all night long waking us up several times per night. My adult daughter finally asked the front desk for ear plugs the second night (readily available) must not be an uncommon occurance

We stay here yearly. This year the property and rooms seemed very rundown. The rate was very house and lacked a lot of amenities the other rooms there have. Not the best stay but we love the staff and the location

The outdated suite was disappointing. The furniture in living area was stained and had to cover the sofa and arm chair with sheets to sit down. The sofa bed mattress was so thin the bed creaked and was unusable since the frame could be felt thru the mattress. The bathroom mirror frame was extremely rusted, the toilet and bathtub were also rusted which made usage unappealing. Extra towels would not be delivered to the room when requested and had to be acquired at the front desk.
Unfortunately because of these reasons, I would not care to stay at the Indigo again on future visits to Savannah.

Overnight in Savannah
We were very pleased from the time we arrived until we left. The employees all seemed to go the extra mile to ensure we felt special and our stay was great.
Three employees in particular really stood out with their excellent service- Tisha at the front desk, Milton with the valet service and Zain the bartender. Because of them, Indigo will be our first choice the next time we stay in Savannah.

Good stay
It was an easy check in. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in a great location.
Free water and a "free" drink was a plus.
Parking is expensive but it is in the city so not a surprise.
The bed was comfy but so much outside noise, hard to sleep.
Definitely felt safe and welcomed at hotel.

Okay stay.
For being a boutique hotel, we were disappointed that the tv’s weren’t smart tv’s. Even basic marriotts and hiltons have smart tv’s. Our second day, the room smelled like urine for a solid 2 hours. We are not sure where that smell was coming from. Staff was very friendly and we were quite happy with them. Massive stains on the couch. No shampoo, but staff quickly brought new shampoo within 5 minutes of the request.

Great Location!!
Amazing location. Great great staff. Room was nice. Only downside was the water pressure. High pressure on COLD but drizzle for warm/hot. Both rooms. But location close to everything!! Parking extra but seemed worth it!

Rude reception
I was treated very poorly at check in. The receptionist was rude. By the time I was done checking in my hotel room cost double what I booked on hotels.com. Parking fee, resort fee and destination fee - WOW!!! I was not prepared for all of the fees. Our room was not very clean. The sufferable had some sort of chemical sprayed all over the clock, lamp and table. There were several wads of dried up paper stuck to ceiling and wall.

Stay was good! Just didn’t know about hotel fees and valet would be that expensive. I have stayed there 20 times and never had been so expensive. Hotel fees and two nights valet were $266. Room was paid for before I got there, so in addition. Last time staying there as fees should be upfront if they are over the hold price on card for incidentals. Understand the hold but should not be $116 more over the $150 hold. Will just try another place with request for upfront fees next time. I had the money to pay but couldn’t imagine a family that is is limited on budget. I only book through Hotels.com.
