Good location
For the atmosphere of a busy square in the centre of Rome that is within walking distance of all the sites this hotel is in a great location. Be wary that the noise from the Piazza Novona can last til late at night so if you have a room that overlooks the square it may be a bit noisy, it didn’t bother us but my daughter in another room found it disruptive. There were a few issues with the rooms we booked, there was no running water in the bathroom at one point during our stay and the bathroom floor flooded each time we showered but I believe bathroom renovations are occurring which will likely resolve those issues. Overall location is excellent, the rooms are ok and the service staff are very helpful, they even surprised us with a lovely New Year gift of wine and cakes. We enjoyed our stay and will return next time we are in Rome.

Cute little boutique hidden away in Piazza Navona!
The property is located right on Piazza Navona. We booked here for that proximity to the Christmas market. The hotel is clean, small, a bit boutique. You do have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator. Overall the room was fine, it was clean and well appointed. The beds were a bit firm, but no big deal. While we did book specifically for the Christmas market, the activity of it was quite loud through the windows until very late at night. Not the property’s fault, we wanted to be near the action and we were! Front desk isn’t 24 hours but they will reach out to make sure you are situated if you come in after hours! Overall, I would stay here again, it was a nice little hidden gem in the middle of the city!

Fantastic hotel and staff!!! And truly incredible location! Check in was effortless. The room itself was clean,modern and spacious. The cleaning schedule was like clockwork, and literally everyone was as helpful and kind as could be. We opted for the balcony suite, which is absolutely worth it! In room sauna, spacious jacuzzi, and the balcony view looks right down onto Piazza Navona. It quite literally might be the best view in the entire Piazza. If all that wasn’t enough, the location is FANTASTIC! We were minutes from EVERYTHING!!! In our opinion, this was the best neighborhood in Rome for visitors. Countless adventures literally right outside your door. From historical sites, to food, to shopping etc etc. you’re truly steps away from everything and it made exploring effortless. We would absolutely stay here again, and can’t thank everyone here enough for helping to make our trip to Rome such a wonderful and memorable experience!

Great boutique hotel
It is a boutique hotel. Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit hard to find the place. It’s behind a big green door. Must push the intercom to be let in and then you have 3 flights of stairs to go up with your suitcases. However, the location is perfect being on Plaza Navona. Would stay again for sure

Amazing place to stay. This is a typical European hotel. Smallish rooms, an elevator only big enough for your luggage and one person. If you’re looking for a large luxurious American style hotel, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a hotel a few steps from Piazza Navona, a five minute walk to the Pantheon, ten minutes from the Trevi Fountain this is it! You can walk to every major attraction, such as the Vatican and the colosseum in under 30 minutes. Check in was a breeze and the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean and housekeeping cleaned and kept the room well supplied daily. Great water pressure and our shower was a decent size. There are tons of restaurants and shops near the hotel. Check out was simple and they even arranged a taxi for us. If you stay here, ask for a coupon to the breakfast buffet at Bar Fico. 10 euros a person and well worth it! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is only staffed for 8 hours a day which means that if you’re not arriving early afternoon you get instructions on getting access through security doors to the reception. The keys were left for us but not anywhere obvious. A phone call sorted out the problem and we found the keys on a printer behind the reception desk. On the basis that late check in is a fairly frequent occurrence perhaps a recognisable unit placed prominently might work better. Apart from that the rooms are good and the location is perfect

Nice and friendly service, no service 24h, but they can contact to you and give you direction how make check-in and even for entering in room. Room was clean, has complimentary coffee and water bottle, only I missing microwave in room and had noise come from other guest shower rooms. Hotel in good location in town for easy access.

The person who managed, Francesca, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was amazing with no issues. Will recommend to friends and family.

The front staff was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. The area was close to everything but in a quieter area. Awesome pastries and food were about a 5 min walk from the front door. It’s a little tricky to find but you just need the press the buzzer and you’re let in. I would definitely stay again. Rooms are small but we were only there in the evening and to sleep.
