Put us in wrong room, waited for us to unload everything to tell us we had to move rooms, and despite requesting a smoking handicap room, tried to put us in a second floor room, when we complained they moved us to a first floor room but neither smoking or handicapped accessible, and charged pet fee for service dog , as well as early check in fee despite moving us so by the time we packed up and moved to new room it was check in time anyway .

I have stayed at this motel a couple of time this month, because of personal reasons. But I have enjoyed coming back to this motel, every time the staff has been nice and every time I have stayed there it has been quiet. I have found the bed comfortable, the room is clean, and I have never heard people who have stayed next to me or above me. I haven't stay there this recent time, it's not the motel but I sure the hotel is probability getting tired of seeing me LOL, but seriously it's great place to stay even for a night or a couple of days.

It was not what I was expecting, but when I got there I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, it was quiet, never had any issues check in or out, the places available around the motel is in walking distance are also great. I think I only issue I had was the little refrigerator was a little noisy. But all in all I had a good stay, and I will be back.
