Room was OK
This was a last-minute trip for my birthday. The hotel overlooks the Atlantic ocean, which was very beautiful. But the room itself while decent, was okay. The bed, not so great. I felt like I had been hit by a truck after sleeping in that bed. In this hotel was one of those where you had to pay extra to park your car, extra for a resort fee, and you had to pay for breakfast. I don't know if all the hotels are are like that down there in Daytona, with the resort fee but this was one and it just was not great.

Amazing family quick get away!!
It was perfect!!!! My kids had so much fun, and as well as I. The security guy was a little rude though for the pool closing, he definitely yelled at the direction that we exited as off I was a paying customer!!! In total I paid 180… Well worth every dime, minus the attitude of the pool closer!!!

Disappointed
The room was disgustingly old and we got a “upgrade” the paint was peeling off the wall… the fridge wasn’t cold. The water was extremely hot. The breakfast was expensive and below average quality. I don’t think I have a positive review for this hotel.

Disappointed
The hotel is very dated. The furniture was all chipped. No usb in room. Very dark in room. It was freezing all around the lobby. South tower had only 1 working elevator so going up or down took forever. Extremely disappointed in the conditions of this hotel.

Disgusting! Don’t stay here if you like cleanlines
When we arrived at the hotel, we Noticed that there was damage to the lobby and when we got to our room, we moved our things in and found a cockroach in the closet after calling and getting all of our things outside of the room we waited for over 30 minutes for the bell to come, but they never came so we had to carry all of our things to a different room After paying $20. The new room did not appear to have cockroaches, but was equally as disgusted and disrepair. The hotel is disgusting. I will never attend another event here!

Worst Hilton
There are different towers at this Hilton, and you want to be in the South Tower—those rooms are renovated. Unfortunately, despite the hotel being empty, they put all three of our rooms in the North Tower. Two of the rooms had no A/C, and one had a non-working shower. When we asked to switch, they claimed they were fully booked. Very disappointing experience.

Pictures online were deceiving. Tiles were cracked without the hotel, elevator wasn’t working, North tower entrance wasn’t working. Now for the room, our bathroom had mold and cracked tiles everywhere. Stains all around the carpet, office chair was ripped, the smell of the room wasn’t the greatest. Our phone wasn’t working so we couldn’t call front desk. Our bathroom door lock was broken and our “balcony” was the size of half a foot long sub.
