Great location,lovely older hotel
We lucked out and got an extremely inexpensive room, then we were upgraded due to some issue that didn't effect us. Very convenient location to the mall and transportation. We would stay there again.

Had charm
The hotel has charm, but the fan in the bathroom didn't work, the heater kept climbing in temp and the air conditioning would not come on. Only 1 elevator worked. The bar tender was great!! Good was good but pricey.

Beautiful, cozy hotel
My room was quaint and comfortable. When you initially got there my TV wasn't working. It did take quite a long time to get it fixed, but everyone was very kind and accommodating. I did miss having a microwave and small fridge as most rooms have these days, but the vintage feel and beauty of the hotel may have been lessened by them. The bed and linens were very comfortable. I was there during the inauguration week so it was very busy. I noticed a lot of sirens outside. I'm not sure if it was the timing or the location. Having said that, it is beautiful area and I felt safe walking the entire time.

Qaint and quiet
This was my second stay with Henley Park. I enjoy qaint hotels that have been well maintained and Henley Park does not disappoint. I have been surprised to find sufficient street level parking within a block of the hotel. Upon arrival I have been met both times by someone at the door with a welcome greeting. The desk personnel have been very accommodating and friendly. I have yet to enjoy tea time or the bar/restaurant but I will ensure to make time on a future visit. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Checkouts have been seamless and on both stays I wish I had more time to stay. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, and on our first stay we walked to the hockey arena and the White House. I have enjoyed my stays with Henley Park and I look forward to a future stay. I will continue to support this hotel.

Service the Patrons
Desk staff were not warm and welcoming( one gentleman was).
Gentleman at the door when we arrived was friendly and helpful but only helped us inside door with our bags- we had to carry them up the stairs- only one elevator was in service.

Well Dressed Comfort
I found the staff extremely friendly and informed about the area. Helpful with ways to travel for outings in the city and to get to forms of travel outside of the city. I enjoyed the atmosphere it was quiet and had a stylish classic hotel feel. I’d would be happy to go back.
