Was expecting more
Was expecting more of a hotel that markets itself as five-star. Somehow, the customer service seemed to be lacking in every interaction. Whenever I asked the reception about something, they told me to go ask someone else: When I asked for the opening hours for the rooftop bar, they told me to go up there to check. When I asked what a reasonable price for a taxi to the train station should be, they told me to check the meter. When I asked if there was any New Year's program, they told me to go ask to the restaurant. Also, there were some clear mistakes: I asked for a breakfast bag, and one was not ready when I went to get it at the agreed time. Also, when I ordered room service, they first brought me the wrong order. All of these are minor inconveniences, but it felt like so many little things were going wrong with the customer service.
Clean hotel, okay room, but overall nothing to write home about.
